These terms govern your use of getnovlo.com and any purchase you make from Novlo. By ordering, you accept them.
Novlo Ltd, registered in Hong Kong, with a US fulfilment facility in Columbus, Ohio. "We" and "us" mean Novlo Ltd. "You" means the person placing an order or using the site.
Adding an item to your cart is not an order. A contract forms when we send the dispatch confirmation, not when you pay. If we cannot fulfil an order — a stock error, a pricing mistake, or a failed payment — we cancel and refund in full, and we tell you why rather than quietly shipping a substitute.
All prices are in US dollars unless another currency is selected at checkout. Prices include applicable sales tax where required. Obvious pricing errors (a $79 camera listed at $7.90) do not bind us; we will contact you before charging.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery, but if a parcel is lost in transit we replace it — see Shipping & Returns.
Thirty-day return window on opened and used goods, subject to the exclusions on the Shipping & Returns page. This does not limit any statutory rights you have under consumer law in your jurisdiction.
Hardware is warranted for twelve months as described on the Warranty page. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, not chewing, water damage on non-rated products, or normal wear.
NovTag and the Mini Pet Cam are intended for locating and observing your own animals. You agree not to use them to track a person, to monitor a space you do not lawfully control, or in any way that breaches local surveillance or privacy law. We may disable a device that we reasonably believe is being used this way.

Battery figures, noise levels and session lengths are measured under controlled conditions and stated as typical. Real-world results vary with temperature, use pattern and battery age.
The Novlo name, the SmartTease, NovTag, EarthLoop and RideSafe marks, photography and copy are ours. You may not use them commercially without written permission. Retail partners receive a limited licence to use product imagery for the purpose of selling our products.
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your own country, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you ordered. Material changes are announced on this page with a new date at the top.
